Deprecate secure.w.o

Previously WMF changed the base server configurations so that the wiki serers now all have internal secure login settings, so now the secure.w.o parts of urls iss deprecated. Further at that time there was the additional changes to allow protocol relative urls, so that the http: & https: bits could be omitted. It would be greate if you were able to update your script.
