сiе что вслѣдствiе взаимнаго соглашенiя между Нами и Правительствомъ Сѣверо-Американскихъ Соединенныхъ Штатовъ, Полномочные Наши заключили и подписали въ Вашингтонѣ 18го/30го Марта сего 1867го года договоръ объ уступкѣ Нашихъ Сѣверо-Американскихъ Колонiй; договоръ сей отъ слова до слова гласитъ тако:
